BRANDON E. BENNETT

PARTNER

Brandon represents clients ranging from entrepreneurs, investors and executives to start-ups to global companies in connection with business transactions and entity governance and capital matters.  His practice includes business entity formation and structuring, operating and partnership agreements, mergers and acquisitions, international transactions and operations, and special counsel representations.  Brandon advises clients in Texas and also provides guidance and support in connection with international matters, including cross-border transactions and global operations.

 

Prior to founding BENNETT LLP, Brandon was counsel at Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP, where he worked in the Austin, Houston, London and Moscow offices during almost seven years with the firm.  Prior to receiving his law degree, Brandon consulted for Burson-Marsteller and managed several projects in Russia and Kazakhstan involving privatization, currency exchange and public relations.  He also became proficient in the Russian language in his time spent abroad.

Jennifer’s experience includes an array of business and corporate matters representing individuals, small and mid-sized businesses, and multi-national companies.  Her practice consists of entity selection and formation, capital and governance structures, mergers and acquisitions, and cross-border transactions.

 

Prior to founding BENNETT LLP, Jennifer was an associate in the Houston and London offices of Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP.  Before law school, Jennifer earned an MBA from Thunderbird.
