Brandon has represented clients ranging from individuals and small businesses to
multi-national corporations in connection with a variety of business transactions and corporate matters. Brandon’s experience includes entity
formation and business startup, partnership agreements, credit arrangements, mergers and acquisitions, private securities
transactions, and domestic and international public securities offerings. Brandon advises clients on state and local matters in Texas
and also provides support and guidance in connection with international matters involving multiple jurisdictions. Prior to founding Bennett
llp, Brandon was counsel at Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP, where he worked
in the Austin, Houston, London
and Moscow offices during almost seven years with the firm. Prior to receiving his law degree, Brandon managed

Jennifer’s practice includes an array of business and
corporate matters. Jennifer has represented issuers and underwriters in public
and private debt and equity transactions, borrowers and lenders in secured and unsecured credit facilities, and buyers and
sellers in merger and acquisition transactions. She also counsels clients on
entity formation and governance matters, partnership agreements and cross-border transactions. Prior to founding BENNETT LLP, Jennifer was an associate in the Houston and London offices of Akin Gump
Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP. Before law school, Jennifer earned an MBA from
Thunderbird. Additionally, she has been a professional photographer and has worked
for two nationally known non-profit organizations, training volunteers and developing education and community service programs.
